Job Title: Total Rewards Analyst

GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
The Total Rewards Analyst provides operational and analytical support for Loram’s compensation and benefits programs. The role is responsible for supporting compensation administration, market pricing activities, incentive and merit processes, benefits administration, data audits, reporting, and program communications. The position partners closely with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and Human Resources teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient delivery of Total Rewards programs and services. This position provides backup support for workers’ compensation and leave administration activities as required. This position plays an integral role in maintaining the quality and consistency of HR services in alignment with Loram’s ICARE values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Support compensation administration activities including job evaluations, market pricing, salary surveys, incentive administration, compensation analyses, and annual compensation planning processes.
- Assist with merit, incentive, and other compensation cycles by preparing, validating, auditing, and consolidating data and supporting documentation.
- Support benefits administration activities including employee enrollment, life event processing, vendor coordination, employee communications, and open enrollment activities.
- Conduct compensation, benefits, and HR data audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and accurate program administration.
- Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and supporting materials related to compensation, benefits, workforce metrics, and Total Rewards programs.
- Provide Tier II support for compensation and benefits inquiries and assist employees and HR partners with escalated questions.
- Support vendor management activities by assisting with data collection, reporting, billing audits, and program effectiveness reviews.
- Assist with development, documentation, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards processes, controls, and procedures.
- Monitor compensation and benefits compliance requirements and assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and policy updates.
- Provide backup support for workers’ compensation and leave administration activities as needed. Stay abreast of compensation regulatory and compliance requirements. Audit and make recommendations for program and policy changes to ensure ongoing compliance. Assist in educating HR partners and management about changes to legal requirements and the impact to programs and policies.
- Develop, document and implement procedures and processes to effectively deliver all total rewards programs.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Systems degree preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years of HR experience, including previous total rewards experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and cost modeling skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Must possess high level of discretion, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
- Must possess ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Preferred Qualifications, Licenses/Certifications:
- CCP or CEBS or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification
